Boiko appointed acting CEO of GTS Operator of Ukraine

The Supervisory Board of the GTS Operator of Ukraine (GTSOU) LLC at its meeting on February 7, 2026, decided to appoint Nataliia Boiko as the Acting Director General of the company.

This is said in a statement by the GTS Operator of Ukraine, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The report says that earlier, by the decision of the Supervisory Board, Deputy Director General Nataliia Boiko was included in the GTSOU Directorate.

So now the Company's Management Board includes: Nataliia Boiko, Vladyslav Medvediev, Borys Liubych, Kateryna Kovalenko and Oleksandr Tymofieiev.

Nataliia Boiko has over 15 years of professional experience in the energy industry.

In particular, she held the position of a Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, as well as the positions of an Advisor to two Prime Ministers of Ukraine and a Deputy Minister of Energy for European Integration.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in early February, Nataliia Boiko announced that she was completing her work as a Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine.
