Ukraine at 2026 Winter Olympics: athletes' schedule for February 8

Today, February 8, representatives of the Ukrainian national team in 5 sports will enter the arenas of the 2026 Winter Olympics.

This was announced by the NOC of Ukraine.

10:00 – snowboarding (parallel giant slalom). Women, qualification: Annamari Dancha.

12:30 – alpine skiing (downhill). Women: Anastasia Shepilenko.

13:30 – cross-country skiing (skiathlon 10km+10km). Men: Oleksandr Lysohor, Dmytro Drahun.

15:05 – biathlon (mixed relay 4 x 6km). Mixed: Dmytro Pidruchnyi, Vitalii Mandzin, Olena Horodna, Oleksandra Merkushyna.

18:00 – luge (single sled). Men, third race: Anton Dukach, Andrii Mandzii;

19:34 – luge (single sled). Men, fourth race: according to the results of previous races.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the mascot of the 2026 Winter Olympic Games was a stylized ermine Tina, which represents the spirit of the modern Olympics and combines traditions and a modern approach to organizing the Games.
