Water supply on left bank of capital expected to be restored within day - Kuleba

On the left bank of Kyiv, about 3,500 residential buildings are temporarily without water supply, and the supply is expected to be restored within the day.

This was announced by Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction - Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksii Kuleba on the Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Kuleba noted that the right bank of Kyiv is operating at reduced pressure.

The minister also added that as a result of the attacks, 5,635 houses were left without heating - about 46% of the capital's housing stock.

12 houses have not had heat since January 9 - due to the direct consequences of the shelling.

According to him, 40 emergency crews of Ukrzaliznytsia and 20 crews from other regions of Ukraine have been involved to speed up the work, which work around the clock together with city services.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, due to russian shelling on the night of January 20, there are power and water supply outages on the left bank of the city.

There is one victim in the Dniprovskyi district of the capital, where non-residential buildings were hit and a UAV fell.
