"There are power outages on the left bank of the capital. Social infrastructure facilities are switching to autonomous power supply," the report says.
Later, the mayor added that there are also water outages on the left bank of the city.
According to Klitschko, non-residential buildings were hit in the Dniprovskyi district, and there is a report of a UAV crashing in an open area. Cars are burning there. In addition, there is a report of a victim in the specified area, an ambulance has left, and there are also "more calls for doctors."
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the metro operating mode in Kyiv has also been changed due to complications in the power system. Trains on the red line run between the Akademmistechko and Arsenalna stations.
