The former head of the Presiden's Office, Andrii Yermak, has declared data that is not true.

This is evidenced by the conclusions of the NACP, which are at the disposal of the Ukrainian News agency.

The NACP conducted a full audit of Yermak's 2022 declaration. The audit, which ended in 2025, revealed inaccurate information.

In particular, Yermak indicated data that did not correspond to reality, stating that he was the ultimate beneficiary of the Ukrainian-Georgian Media Company LLC. However, according to the Unified State Register, this company was liquidated in 2022.

Thus, Yermak indicated data that did not correspond to reality.

Also, when reporting the amount of liabilities under the loan received at the beginning and end of the reporting period, Yermak indicated the amount of interest on the loan.

Thus, based on the results of the full audit, Yermak did not comply with the law, but the NACP did not find any criminal or administrative violations.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, last year Yermak spent almost all his savings in euros and showed the salary he received upon dismissal. Bankova Street could not provide any information about the dismissal from the President's Office of Yermak's team. After the announcement that the "patronage" team of former head of the President's Office Andrii Yermak was dismissed from their positions, the authorities on Bankova Street are once again unable to specify how many people were dismissed from which positions and how many were reappointed to virtually the same positions. As a reminder, on November 28, Andrii Yermak wrote a letter of resignation from the post of the head of the President's Office of Ukraine.
