In 2025, total economic effect of SPF's activities reached UAH 9.5 billion

The State Property Fund (SPF) has implemented the state property privatization plan for 2025 - proceeds from privatization exceeded UAH 6.3 billion last year, while the total economic effect of the agency's activities is almost UAH 9.5 billion.

This is stated in the SPF's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"Total proceeds from the privatization of state property amounted to over UAH 6.3 billion, of which proceeds from sanctioned assets amount to UAH 2.5 billion. All funds from the sale of nationalized (sanctioned) assets are directed to the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression," the fund said.

More than UAH 3.2 billion from other sales of sanctioned assets and leases were also attracted to the state budget.

It is noted that the total economic effect of the SPF's activities last year is almost UAH 9.5 billion.

"Despite the war, the result of the State Property Fund's activities in 2025 is concrete money for the state. Over UAH 9.5 billion of economic effect is a resource that is already working for the budget, defense and restoration of the country. Privatization is not just about revenue, it is an effective tool for economic restoration: each successful auction means cash, new investors, new jobs and a reduction in the burden of inefficient state property for the country," emphasized the acting head of the State Property Fund, Ivanna Smachylo.

As of December 30, 2025, 380 successful auctions for the privatization of state-owned objects were held.

The above-mentioned auctions attracted 1,626 participants, an average of 4.3 participants per auction.

On average, the price at auctions increased 2.8 times.

The largest revenues from privatization in 2025 were received by State Joint Stock Company "Construction Company "Ukrbud" - for UAH 805 million and PrJSC "Vinnytsiapobutkhim" - for UAH 608 million.

In general, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the total revenues from the privatization of state property have amounted to over UAH 20.5 billion.

The state directed the funds received for defense and restoration needs.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2024, the state budget of Ukraine received UAH 11.1 billion from privatization, of which UAH 9.9 billion were the sale price of assets and UAH 1.2 billion were VAT.

The state budget for 2025 includes UAH 3.2 billion in revenues from privatization.
