In 2025, almost 29,000 online auctions for over UAH 16 billion completed in Prozorro.Sale

According to the results of 2025, almost 28,700 online auctions for over UAH 16.2 billion were completed in the state electronic trading system Prozorro.Sale, which is 18% less than in 2024.

This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Economy, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

For comparison: UAH 19.7 billion were received through online auctions in the Prozorro.Sale system in 2024.

On average, the cost of public property at auctions increased by more than one and a half times.

Among the areas in terms of the amount of funds raised, privatization is leading.

Large and small privatization in 2025 replenished the state and local budgets by almost UAH 5.2 billion.

Online land auctions brought organizers almost UAH 3.6 billion, sales of property and assets – UAH 1.8 billion.

In total, almost 4,500 organizers announced auctions in the system in 2025.

These are the Deposit Guarantee Fund, the State Property Fund of Ukraine, specialized agencies, communities, state-owned enterprises, banks, arbitration managers, private executors and businesses.

According to the results of the year, the most expensive lots are:

- debt/assignment of claims to borrowers under loan agreements, Oschadbank sold it for over UAH 1.1 billion;

- a cultural and business center with a banking institution in Kyiv, which belonged to the former "daughter" of Rosbank – UAH 916 million;

- the construction company Ukrbud – UAH 805 million.

During the year, almost 35,000 participants competed for public assets in the system for public assets.

On average, the competition was 2.5 participants per auction.

The most active last year was the competition for:

- a complex of buildings with a bus station, dispatch center, and landing platforms in Rivne from the SPF. The competition of 41 participants raised the value of the asset from UAH 750,000 to UAH 35.1 million;

- non-residential premises in Zakarpattia from the SPF: 35 participants competed, the winning bid was UAH 3 million;

- a Skoda Octavia car from Kropyvnytskyi Customs - 35 participants, the sale price was UAH 137,200.

More than 3,300 online auctions that took place in 2025 are at the stage of signing agreements and can bring the organizers an additional UAH 3.4 billion.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Prozorro.Sales is a joint-stock company, 100% of whose shares are owned by the state represented by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture.

JSC Prozorro.Sales provides the operation of an electronic trading system in which online auctions for the lease and sale of public assets are held.

Prozorro.Sales guarantees the safety of bidding, the impossibility of anyone interfering in their course and equal access for each participant to participate in the auction, as well as the ability for anyone to monitor online auctions and their results in real time.
