The terrorist state of russia has struck two ports in the Odesa Region, killing one person. Oleksii Kuleba, Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine, Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, reported this on his Telegram channel on Wednesday, January 7.

As a result of the russian strike, one person was killed, at least five people were injured and are receiving necessary medical care. In addition, the attack damaged port facilities, administrative buildings, and oil containers. Nevertheless, the ports continue to operate, and the consequences of the shelling are being addressed on the ground.

"This is another strike of the terrorist country on the port infrastructure, which is involved in ensuring the world's food security. Russia is deliberately trying to undermine the economy and destroy maritime logistics," Kuleba wrote.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on December 30, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the aggressor country russia is trying to cut off the region from the rest of Ukraine by striking the port infrastructure of the Odesa Region and kill the state's economy.
