More people leaving than entering. State Border Guard Service tells about situation with queues at border

On December 28, 96,000 people and 17,000 vehicles crossed the western borders of Ukraine with the EU and Moldova (in the Chernivtsi Region). It was reported by the Western Regional Directorate of the State Border Guard Service.

A total of 43,000 people arrived in Ukraine yesterday, 39,000 of them are citizens of Ukraine.

53,000 people crossed the border to leave Ukraine. 34,000 of them crossed the border with Poland, the rest went to other EU countries and Moldova.

Recall that on Christmas Eve, checkpoints on the border with Poland were operating under increased load.
