NovaPay adds feature to order cash from Nova Poshta branches through app

The financial service NovaPay has a new feature of ordering cash at Nova Poshta branches through the app.

This is said in a message of NovaPay, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

"Now users of the NovaPay mobile application can order cash in advance for delivery at the most convenient of the 3,600 Nova Poshta branches - right through the application," NovaPay said.

To use the new feature, you need to:

• open your favorite purple debit card in the NovaPay app;
• go to the NovaPay website go to the "Card settings" and select "Cash order";
• enter the desired amount (from UAH 5,000), the date and number of the Nova Poshta branch where it will be convenient to pick up the money;
• agree on the details of the order with the operator - via call or chat.

The money can be picked up on the same day.

The function is available for accounts of individuals and individual entrepreneurs.

In general, cash can be withdrawn from NovaPay cards at Nova Poshta branches using the barcode in the application, at ATMs of partner banks, as well as during regular purchases - at the checkouts of supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations - at more than 10,000 outlets throughout Ukraine.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, financial service NovaPay has started issuing Visa payment cards.

NovaPay was the first non-bank financial institution in Ukraine to receive an extended license from the NBU, which allowed it to open accounts and issue cards.

In 2022, NovaPay applied for an EMI (Electronic Money Institution) license from the Central Bank of Lithuania.

After receiving it, the company can provide financial services in all countries of the European Union.
