Power outage schedules for November 17. When power will be cut off today?
On Monday, November 17, electricity consumption restrictions will be introduced in most regions of Ukraine.
It was reported by Ukrenergo.
The message emphasizes: "The reason for the introduction of restrictions is the consequences of massive Russian missile and drone attacks on energy facilities."
According to official information, the blackouts and restrictions will be in effect throughout the day:
Schedules of hourly outages
- from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. - with a volume of 1 to 4 queues.
Capacity limitation schedules
- from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. - for industrial consumers.
Power engineers emphasize that the situation may change depending on the loads and operational status of the grids. "The time and scope of restrictions may change. Follow the information on the official pages of the regional power distribution companies in your region," the statement says.
Ukrainians are also asked to use electricity sparingly during the hours when the electricity is supplied. "When the electricity is on schedule, please use it sparingly!" - emphasize the power engineers.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, a russian strike damaged a solar power plant and other facilities in the Odesa Region, and there are power outages in the area.
Also, on the night of November 14, russia launched a combined attack on Ukraine's critical infrastructure using 430 attack UAVs (about 300 were Shaheds) and 19 missiles (13 of them were "ballistic"). The Air Forces shot down 405 drones and 14 missiles.
