NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has harshly ridiculed russian dictator vladimir putin's nuclear threats, saying that his statements have long been worthless. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has said this, Digi24 reports.

Rutte was asked about his reaction to the meeting of the russian Security Council convened by vladimir putin in response to the announced US nuclear tests, and he mocked the russian president, saying that he has not reacted to them for a long time.

"I have not responded to meetings organized by Putin for a long time. He is paid as the president of Russia, so he organizes them," he said.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, russian leader vladimir putin again publicly boasted of "domestic" developments - Burevestnik and Poseidon - and announced new stages of arms creation.
