Russian strike in Sumy Region caused partial absence of water supply

On the morning of September 29, the russian army struck Konotop, Sumy Region, with drones, damaging the water supply system in the city. The mayor of Konotop, Artem Semenikhin, reported this on Telegram.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the russian federation struck energy and infrastructure facilities in the Chernihiv Region, causing power outages in the region.
