Defense Ministry warns about technical failure in Reserve+ application
Today, September 23, a technical failure occurred in the Reserve+ application for persons liable for military service, and there is a complication in the exchange of data between the application and the register of persons liable for military service, conscripts and reservists. The Ministry of Defense reported this on Telegram.
It is reported that all previously issued documents remain valid.
"It is temporarily impossible to update the electronic military registration document, as well as send requests to the register (direction to the military-medical commission, data clarification, deferrals, etc.)," the Ministry of Defense said.
The agency recommends saving a pdf version of the electronic military document so that it is always at hand. To do this, click on the three dots on the main screen of the application and select "Download PDF".
It is noted that the team is already working on resolving the situation. Interaction will be restored in the near future.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, from August 20, the Reserve+ mobile application has the ability to pay a fine for failure to register for military service at a new address after changing residence.
Previously, the Reserve+ application had a function for paying a fine for failure to appear for a summons.
The Ministry of Defense also launched online payment of fines for those liable for military service who did not clarify their data by July 16, 2024.
