Ukrainian soldiers regain control of Zelenyi Hai in Donetsk Region

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have established control over the village of Zelenyi Hai, located in the Donetsk Region.

Marine brigades together with the 214th separate assault battalion OPFOR participated in the fighting. They managed to stop the enemy's advance and then regain control over this settlement.

As of August 23, the russians continue active attempts to regain control of Zelenyi Hai and occupy the remaining settlements of the Donetsk Region in this direction.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian defenders are steadfastly holding back the onslaught of the invaders, inflicting significant losses on the enemy. In total, 143 combat clashes were recorded over the past day.
