Occupiers unsuccessfully trying to enter Kupyansk with small assault groups - Dnipro OSTG

The russian occupiers are not giving up attempts to enter and gain a foothold in Kupyansk, Kharkiv Region, with small assault groups. This was reported by the press service of the Dnnipro Operational and Strategic Troops Group (OSTG) in Telegram.

Thus, according to operational information on the course of hostilities in the area of responsibility of the Dnipro OSTG for August 12, 2025, it is reported that the enemy is attempting to improve the tactical position.

"In the Kupyansk Axis, all attempts by the enemy to improve the tactical position near Kolodiazne, Novovasylivka, Holubivka and Moskovka have been neutralized. The enemy is unsuccessfully trying to penetrate and gain a foothold in Kupyansk with small assault groups," the OSTG states.

It is also noted that in the Lyman Axis, Ukrainian soldiers repelled the attacks of the invaders near Hrekivka, Shandryholovy, Seredne, Kolodziazi, Torske, Myrne, Zarechne and in the Serebriansk Forestry. There was no breakthrough of our defense in any of the Axes.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, currently in the Pokrovsk and Dobropilla Axes, groups of the army of the aggressor country of russia, numbering over 110,000 people, are concentrated.

On August 11, the analytical project DeepState updated its interactive map, marking the advance of the russian army near three settlements in the Donetsk Region. In the Dobropilla area, analysts marked a 10-kilometer advance of the invaders.
