Formation of robotic ground complex units another step in development of unmanned systems – Syrskyi
Formation of robotic ground complex units is another step in the development of the Unmanned Systems Forces. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi announced this on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"The formation of robotic ground complex units is another step in the development of the capabilities of our USF. In this direction, we will develop both the logistical and combat components," he said.
Syrskyi noted that unmanned systems have become an integral part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and, in cooperation with infantry and artillery, the key to success in deterring the enemy.
According to him, in July, 23,400 enemy targets were hit by drones, the lion's share of hits - due to FPV drones and night bombers, the effectiveness of which is increasing. The USF eliminated 5,134 occupiers, the leaders in this combat work were Magyar Birds, the Phoenix unit of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, and Achilles.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, according to Syrskyi, in July the losses of the russian occupation army amounted to 33,220 people.
Earlier, the Commander-in-Chief stated that the aggressor country of the russian federation is paying the maximum price for the attempted "summer offensive" - about a thousand killed and maimed russian soldiers every day.
