151 combat clashes take place at front during day, 45 of them in Pokrovsk Axis

On August 4, 151 combat clashes took place at the front, the hottest Axes were Pokrovsk (45 clashes) and Lyman (28).

This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Over the past day, the enemy launched three missile and 72 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, used 5 missiles and dropped 129 guided aerial bombs.

In addition, the enemy carried out 6,050 shelling, including 76 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 3,925 kamikaze drones for strikes.

On August 4, 151 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded at the front.

Thus, in the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk Axes, Ukrainian defenders repelled 18 attacks by the invading forces.

The enemy also launched 14 air strikes, using 26 guided aerial bombs, and carried out 417 shelling, six of which were from multiple rocket launchers.

In the South-Slobozhansk Axis, the enemy tried to break through the defensive lines 9 times near Vovchansk, Krasne Pershe, Fiholivka and towards Kozacha Lopan, Hoptivka and Kolodiazne.

In the Kupyansk Axis, 9 enemy attacks were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Holubivka, Zahryzove and Lozova.

In the Lyman Axis, the enemy attacked 28 times near the settlements of Hrekivka, Myrne, Kolodiazi, Zelena Dolyna, Torske and towards Dronivka, Hryhorivka and Serebrianka.

In the Siversk Axis, 9 attacks were repelled in the areas of Hryhorivka, Verkhniokamyanske and Vyimka.

In the Kramatorsk Axis, 2 enemy attacks were repelled in the area of Chasiv Yar.

In the Toretsk Axis, 6 attacks were repelled in the areas of Toretsk, Romanivka and Shcherbynivka.

In the Pokrovsk Axis, the defenders stopped 45 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Poltavka, Novoekonomichne, Chervonyi Lyman, Sukhetske, Lysivka, Zvirove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novoukrainka and Zelenyi Kut.

In the Novopavlivsk Axis, 18 attacks were repelled near the settlements of Zelene Pole, Voskresenka, Zelenyi Hai, Piddubne, Myrne, Temyrivka and Maliivka.

In the Huliaipole Axis, 1 attack was repelled in the area of Malynivka.

In the Orikhiv Axis, 1 attack was repelled in the direction of Novoandriivka.

In the Prydniprovsk Axis, 5 enemy attacks were repelled.

Over the past day, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck 7 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, a radar station and one important facility of the occupiers.

In total, the losses of the russian occupiers on August 4 amounted to 1,120 people.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on August 3, 183 combat clashes took place at the front, the hottest Axes were Pokrovsk (49 clashes), Lyman (29) and Novopavlivsk (22).
