Cabinet appoints Brusenko Oschadbank supervisory board member to replace Rodnianskyi
The Cabinet of Ministers has appointed Mykola Brusenko as a member of the supervisory board of the State Savings Bank (Oschadbank) instead of Oleksandr Rodnianskyi.
This is stated in the government order, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"To appoint Mykola Anatoliiovych Brusenko as a member of the supervisory board of the joint-stock company State Savings Bank of Ukraine as a representative of the state from the President of Ukraine, terminating the powers of Rodnianskyi Oleksandr Oleksandrovych," the report says.
In February of this year, it became known that the son of producer Oleksandr Rodnianskyi, Oleksandr Rodnianskyi, is no longer a member of the supervisory board of the State Savings Bank.
In addition, Oleksandr Rodnianskyi filed a declaration before his dismissal, in which he noted that he received fees and other payments from Oschadbank in accordance with civil law transactions in the amount of UAH 7.8 million.
Oleksandr Rodnianskyi is the son of director Rodnianskyi, the founder of 1+1, who lived in moscow for the last 15 years, and after the outbreak of full-scale war moved to the United States.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Oleksandr Rodnianskyi, the son of producer Oleksandr Rodnianskyi, as a member of the Supervisory Board of the State Savings Bank in March 2021.
He was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board as the President's representative on the bank's Supervisory Board, replacing Aivaras Abromavičius.
