Zelenskyy shows enterprise in Kyiv Region creating "brain" for Ukrainian missiles and drones

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited an enterprise in the Kyiv Region that produces components for Ukrainian missiles and drones. The head of state showed the relevant footage on his Facebook page on Tuesday, July 29.

Zelenskyy noted that the enterprise produces electronics and sensitive components for Ukrainian missiles, drones and secure communication equipment. According to him, thanks to this work, Ukrainian weapons are becoming "smart".

"We very quickly mastered the production of control units and other important components here. More than 80% of production works for our defense. I thank the entire team for your work, which gives results for our defense. You are strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities, and this is important," the President emphasized.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on April 16, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy informed that more than 40% of all weapons used on the front are produced in Ukraine.

The Ministry of Strategic Industries reports an eight-fold increase in cruise missile production in Ukraine in 2024 compared to the previous year.
