Minister Sybiha and Ukrainian Ambassadors visit front line in Zaporizhzhia Region

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha, together with Ukrainian Ambassadors from around the world, visited the front line in Zaporizhzhia and the region, as well as the Orikhiv Axis, which are under constant shelling by the aggressor country of russia. Sybiha reported this in his X-account on Sunday, July 20.

The Foreign Minister noted that the region is living and developing despite constant russian terror.

According to him, the Ambassadors saw with their own eyes the consequences of russian shelling - destroyed houses, defensive trenches on the front line, a safe underground school, critical infrastructure, key industrial facilities.

"Such visits provide a new understanding of how people in Ukraine live, what they are going through and what their most pressing needs are. They give diplomats new motivation to be more persuasive and achieve more tangible results," Sybiha wrote.

The delegation also honored the memory of fallen Ukrainian heroes at the Tree of Life memorial.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on July 19, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha discussed the appointment of new Ukrainian Ambassadors to partner countries and the main current tasks of the diplomatic corps in the international arena.

On July 15, Sybiha stated that the aggressor country of russia had not achieved any strategic goal in the war against Ukraine.
