Kellogg shown Western components seized from russian weapons – Defense Intelligence

Specialists of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine have familiarized US Special Envoy Keith Kellogg with components of Western production that were seized from russian weapons.

The press service of the Defense Intelligence reported this on Facebook on July 18.

Thus, Kellogg got acquainted with electronic components of Western production that Ukrainian military intelligence officers seized from destroyed or captured russian weapons. He was shown Western elements of the Iranian-russian Shahed (Geran) kamikaze drones and the russian Gerbera, with which the aggressor terrorizes the civilian population of Ukraine.

In addition, among the identified components are microelectronics that are critically important for the production of high-precision weapons, which the russian defense-industrial complex received under "gray schemes" to circumvent international sanctions.

"It is necessary for the international community to strengthen control over compliance with the sanctions imposed on Moscow. This also applies to manufacturers, who must be more responsible in controlling their products on international markets," stressed Shyfr, a serviceman of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 14, Kellogg arrived in Kyiv on an official visit. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha met with Kellogg, at which they discussed the provision of weapons and the failures of the aggressor country, russia.

US Special Envoy Keith Kellogg visited Ukrainian defense enterprises and announced "incredible innovations" regarding drones. He added that the US should pay attention and adapt.
