Today, June 28, temporary restrictions on traffic and parking of vehicles will be in effect in Kyiv.

The Kyiv City Military Administration reported this on Telegram.

Thus, traffic will be blocked on certain sections of roads in the city center. The changes are related to the holding of events in the Shevchenkivskyi District.

From 06:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., traffic restrictions for transport will be in effect:

• on Volodymyrska Street - from Velyka Zhytomyrska to Reitarska;
• on Volodymyrskyi Proizd.

Parking will also be prohibited on certain sections of roads.

In addition, changes have been made to the routes of trolleybuses No. 6, 16, 18.

It is reported that the restrictions will be in effect during the first half of the day. The authorities urge drivers to take the changes into account in advance and plan routes taking into account the blockages.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on Saturday, June 28, a number of public transport routes in Kyiv will change their routes.

From 6:00 a.m. until the end of the events (approximately until 12:00 p.m.), trolleybus traffic will be organized as follows:

– route No. 6 from Minskyi Masyv to Lukianivska metro station;

– routes No. 16, 18, respectively, from Mrii St. and Soshenka St. to the Povitroflotskyi overpass.
