US attacks Iran with bunker-busting bombs from B2 aircraft and Tomahawk missiles - Fox News
The US dropped 5 or 6 penetrating anti-bunker bombs on Iran's Fordow nuclear facility, and 30 Tomahawk missiles hit the nuclear facilities in Natanz and Isfahan. This was reported by Fox News host Sean Hannity following his phone call with US President Donald Trump.
The US used six anti-bunker bombs to attack Iran's underground Fordow nuclear facility.
It was previously estimated that two anti-bunker missiles would be needed to destroy the facility.
According to Hannity, the facilities in Natanz and Isfahan were hit by 30 Tomahawk missiles launched by US submarines from a distance of about 400 miles.
Reuters also reports that American B-2 bombers were involved in the operation. The movement of these aircraft was recorded a day earlier.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of June 22, US President Donald Trump announced the task of the US army to carry out air strikes on three key Iranian nuclear facilities - in Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan.
Trump declared the complete destruction of Iran's nuclear facilities and threatens even more powerful strikes in case of resistance.
The US does not reject the scenario of using tactical nuclear weapons against Iran.
