"Destroyed and crippled by sick imperial ambitions." General Staff compares losses of russians in different wars

The losses of the aggressor country of russia in a full-scale war against Ukraine exceeded a million people. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published a video in which it compared the losses of russians in different wars.

Thus, the Northern War (1700-1721) took 30,000 people. The Franco-russian War with Napoleon (1812) – 200,000 soldiers. The First World War (1914-1918) neutralized 2 million russians and destroyed the russian empire. And in three and a half years of large-scale aggression against Ukraine, the losses of the russian invaders have already amounted to a million people.

"A million killed and maimed due to sick imperial ambitions. And this is not the final figure. We do not celebrate the enemy's losses. But the fewer occupiers on our land, the faster we will liberate our territories," the General Staff added.
