Russia attacks AFU training unit. There are killed and wounded servicemen

On June 1, the russian occupiers launched a missile strike on one of the training units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. There are killed and wounded servicemen.

The press service of the Ground Forces has reported this.

As of 12:50 p.m., 12 people were killed and over 60 were wounded.

"We emphasize that no formations or mass gatherings of personnel were held. After the announcement of the air alert signal, the majority of personnel were in shelters. The injured are being provided with all necessary qualified medical assistance," the message says.

To clarify all the circumstances and causes of the losses of personnel, the command has created a commission and appointed an official investigation.

"If it is established that the actions or inaction of officials led to the death and injury of servicemen, the guilty will be held strictly accountable," the Ground Forces added.

They emphasized that additional security measures are being taken to preserve the lives and health of servicemen in the conditions of missile and air strikes by the aggressor on rear areas.
