Defense Forces eliminate 1,130 occupiers, 4 tanks and 26 artillery systems. General Staff names losses of russia for day
Last day, April 21, the Defense Forces destroyed another 1,130 soldiers of the aggressor country, the russian federation, 4 enemy tanks and 26 artillery systems. This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
The total combat losses of the enemy from 24.02.22 to 22.04.25 were approximately:
- personnel - about 943,060 (+1,130) people;
- tanks - 10,683 (+4) units;
- armored combat vehicles - 22,296 (+19) units;
- artillery systems - 26,689 (+26) units;
- MLRS - 1,367 (+0) units;
- air defense systems – 1,140 (+1) units;
- aircraft - 370 (+0) units;
- helicopters - 335 (+0) units;
- UAVs of operational-tactical level - 33,388 (+118);
- cruise missiles – 3,148 (+0);
- ships / boats - 28 (+0) units;
- submarines - 1 (+0) units,
- motor vehicles and fuel tanks - 45,458 (+134) units;
- special equipment – 3,859 (+0).
The General Staff also clarified that due to the constant arrival of new intelligence data, there was a need to adjust some items of the enemy's total losses - personnel, armored combat vehicles, artillery systems and MLRS. Thus, the total figure in the statistics has been adjusted, and the losses per day are presented in the usual mode.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on April 20, the Defense Forces eliminated another 670 russian occupiers, 2 tanks, and 10 artillery systems.
