Since day start, RF carried out 26 assaults, despite "Easter truce" - Zelenskyy

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that during the "Easter truce" the aggressor state of russia has carried out 26 assaults and since 10 am has increased the number of attacks and the use of kamikaze drones. He stressed that the head of the russian federation vladimir putin either does not fully control the army, or has no goal of moving until the end of the war.

He wrote about this on Facebook.

"A new report by the Commander-in-Chief Syrskyi on the front as of 12:00 Easter. Despite the fact that Ukraine has declared the mirror nature of its actions in response to russia, since 10 am there has been an increase in the number of russian attacks and the use of kamikaze drones by the occupier - only in FPV there is a twofold increase from the side of the russian army," the message says.

It is noted that on Easter morning, the russian army is most active in the Pokrovsk and Siversk Axes. On these and some other parts of the front, the use of russian heavy weapons continues.

Zelenskyy reported that from 00:00 to 12:00 of this day, 26 russian assault operations have already taken place, Ukraine records every violation of the silence promised by russia for Easter and is ready to provide relevant information to its partners.

"In fact, either putin does not fully control his army, or the situation proves that they in russia do not have the goal of a real movement to end the war and they only need profitable PR in the media. It is good that at least there were no air alarms," the President emphasized.

He thanked everyone who "spreads the truth" and added: "It is worth broadcasting not services from Moscow, but putting pressure on Moscow so that they really go for a complete ceasefire and maintain it for at least 30 days after Easter, to give diplomacy a chance."

It should be noted that the American channel showed Easter services from various countries, including russia. Along with this, a broadcast was also broadcast from the Ukrainian capital, where Kyiv was marked as a russian city.
