Director General of non-working Donetsk Airport continues to receive salary and declared UAH 310,000 for 2024

The Director General of the municipal enterprise S.S.Prokofiev Donetsk International Airport, which was destroyed in 2014, Vladyslav Blyzniuk declared UAH 309,936 of salary in 2024.

This is stated in Blyzniuk's declaration, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Vladyslav Blyzniuk owns an apartment of 88.6 square meters and a land plot of 992 square meters.

Blyzniuk declared USD 9,000 in cash, and his wife USD 5,000 in cash.

Blyzniuk's wife owns a 2011 LEXUS RX350 car.

For 2023, Blyzniuk declared UAH 309,161 of salary.

The airport is located in the north-west of the city of Donetsk.

Suspended flight services on May 26, 2014 after being captured by militants of the terrorist organization "Donetsk People's Republic" and was finally declared closed on June 3, 2014.

Destroyed during hostilities between pro-russian illegal armed formations (IAF) of certain districts of the Donetsk Region (ORDO) and the Ukrainian army during June 2014 - January 2015.

Named after the 20th-century composer Sergei Prokofiev, who was born in the Donetsk Region.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Vladyslav Blyzniuk earned more than UAH 300,000 in salary in 2023.
