On March 12, 138 combat clashes took place on the front, the enemy attacked the Pokrovsk (45 clashes) and Toretsk (19 clashes) axes the most.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
Over the past day, the enemy launched two missile and 98 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, using three missiles and dropping 150 KABs.
In addition, the enemy carried out more than 5,200 attacks, in particular, 147 - from multiple launch rocket systems and involved 2,283 kamikaze drones for destruction.

Thus, on the Kharkiv axis, Ukrainian troops repelled 2 enemy attacks in the area of Vovchansk.
On the Kupiansk axis, 8 attacks by the occupiers were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Petropavlivka, Stepova Novoselivka and Zahryzove during the day.
In the Lyman axis, the enemy attacked 7 times near the settlements of Myrne, Kolodiazi and Hrekivka.
On the Siversk axis, 9 assaults were repelled in the areas of Verkhniokamianske, Bilohorivka and Ivano-Daryivka.
On the Kramatorsk axis, one combat clash was recorded in the area of Chasiv Yar.
On the Toretsk axis, the enemy carried out 19 attacks near Toretsk, Leonidivka, Druzhba and Ozarianivka.
On the Pokrovsk axis, 45 assaults of the aggressor were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Vodiane Druhe, Yelyzavetivka, Novotoretske, Promin, Dachenske, Novoukrainka, Shevchenko, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Nadiivka and Andriivka.
On the Novopavlivka axis, the enemy attacked 10 times near the settlements of Kostiantynopil, Rozlyv and Burlatske.
On the Huliaipole axis, 8 attempts of the invaders to advance near the settlements of Pryvilne and Novodarivka were stopped.
On the Orikhiv axis, 6 enemy attacks were repelled in the areas of Pyatykhatky, Kamianske and in the direction of Novoandriivka.
On the Dnieper axis, the enemy did not conduct active offensive actions.
In the operational zone in the Kursk Oblast (russian federation), units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled 17 attacks of the russian invaders during the day; in addition, the enemy launched 334 artillery attacks, 12 of which were from MLRS, and 29 air strikes, using 33 KABs.
Over the past day, the Defense Forces' aviation, missile troops and artillery hit 14 areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment and two artillery pieces of the russian invaders.
In total, the losses of the russian occupiers on March 12 amounted to 1,200 people.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on March 11, 259 combat clashes took place at the front, with the enemy attacking most of the time on the Pokrovsk (68 clashes) and Lyman (33 clashes) axes, as well as in the operational zone in the Kursk Oblast (33 clashes).
