Russia attacks Ukraine with Iskander and over hundred drones. Details from Air Force

On the night of Tuesday, March 11, the russian troops launched an Iskander-M ballistic missile and 126 strike drones over the territory of Ukraine, the air defense forces managed to shoot down a missile and 79 drones, another 35 UAVs did not reach their targets (lost in location).

The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on the Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

It is noted that on the night of March 11 (from 07:00 pm on March 10), the enemy attacked with an Iskander-M ballistic missile from the Taganrog area (russian federation) and 126 Shahed strike UAVs and simulator drones of various types from the directions of Oryol, Shatalovo, Millerovo, Kursk, Bryansk and Primorsko-Akhtarsk (all - russian federation).

"As of 08:00 am, the shooting down of an Iskander-M ballistic missile and 79 Shahed strike UAVs and drones of other types in the Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa and Kherson Regions was confirmed. 35 enemy simulator drones were lost in location (without negative consequences)," the message says.

The Donetsk, Odesa, Kharkiv, Sumy and Kyiv Regions were affected by the russian attack.

As Ukrainian News Agency reported, on the night of Monday, March 10, russian troops launched 176 strike drones over the territory of Ukraine, air defense forces managed to shoot down 130 of them, another 42 drones did not reach their targets (lost in location).
