CIA confirms suspension of intelligence sharing between US and Ukraine
CIA Director John Ratcliffe confirmed that the US has suspended the supply of intelligence to Ukraine.
Fox Business White House correspondent Edward Lawrence reported this on X.
"CIA Director John Ratcliffe just told @MariaBartiromo U.S. paused weapons shipments AND intelligence to Ukraine in the fallout of meeting in the Oval Office," wrote journalist Edward Lawrence.
Ratcliffe also said that he looks forward to lifting the pause and resuming cooperation with Ukraine on the path to peace after President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appealed to US leader Donald Trump yesterday. But it is not yet known when this will happen.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, US President Donald Trump will consider the possibility of resuming aid to Ukraine if peace talks are organized and confidence-building measures are taken.
US President Donald Trump told Congress that he had received an official letter from Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy, which stated Ukraine's readiness for negotiations to establish peace, as well as its agreement to sign a mineral agreement.
