Verevskyi's Kernel-Trade receives the largest amount of VAT refund in 2024 - UAH 7.7 billion

The companies Kernel-Trade, ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih and ADM Ukraine received the largest amount of value added tax (VAT) refund in 2024.

This is stated in the response of the State Tax Service to the request of the Ukrainian News Agency.

The five companies that, as of February 25, 2025, had the largest amounts of VAT refunded were: Kernel-Trade - UAH 7,702.167 million, ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih - UAH 6,988.430 million hryvnias, ADM Ukraine - UAH 5,204.207 million, LDK Ukraine - UAH 3,506.494 million and KAMET STEEL – UAH 3,012.000 million.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2024, international non-resident companies that provide electronic services to individuals in the customs territory of Ukraine declared over UAH 12.6 billion in tax liabilities.

New fines for entrepreneurs come into effect in March.
