AMCU allows Galnaftogaz to acquire First national network of electric filling stations TOKA LLC
On February 6, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) granted Galnaftogaz Concern permission to acquire control over the First national network of electric filling stations TOKA LLC by acquiring a stake in the authorized capital of this company, which ensures an excess of 50% of votes in the company's supreme management body.
The Antimonopoly Committee announced this, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
TOKA is a completely new product for the Ukrainian market, the first national network of electric filling stations in Ukraine that produces two types of electric filling stations (public and home).
The charging equipment provides very high-speed electricity storage - 1 minute of charging is enough for 1 km of movement on average.
TOKA has been cooperating with the OKKO network and has been installing chargers at its gas stations since 2019.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, due to shelling by russian occupiers, the OKKO group of companies lost two oil depots in June 2024, with the preliminary amount of losses estimated at USD 8.5 million.
OKKO Group is an all-Ukrainian holding company, the flagship of which is Galnaftogaz (the operator of the OKKO gas station network).
The OKKO gas station network includes more than 400 gas stations.
The OKKO network operates 9 oil depots, 1 gas filling station, and 19 stationary and mobile laboratories for quality control of petroleum products.
The ultimate beneficiary is businessman Vitalii Antonov.
