AFU eliminate 1,670 occupiers, 20 armored vehicles and 63 drones. General Staff names russia’s losses over day

As of the morning of January 31, the army of the aggressor country, the russian federation, had lost 1,670 soldiers in battles against the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In addition, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed 33 artillery systems, 63 UAVs and 101 vehicles.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to January 31, 2025 were approximately:

• personnel - about 837,610 (+1,670) people;
• tanks - 9,893 (+3) units;
• armored combat vehicles - 20,631 (+17) units;
• artillery systems - 22,445 (+33) units;
• MLRS - 1,265 (+1) units;
• air defense systems - 1,050 units;
• aircraft - 369 units;
• helicopters - 331 units;
• operational-tactical level UAVs - 23,573 (+63) units;
• cruise missiles - 3,054 units;
• ships/boats - 28 units;
• submarines - 1 unit;
• automotive equipment and tanker trucks - 35,552 (+101) units;
• special equipment - 3,726 (+1) units.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the losses of russian troops on January 28 increased by 1,670 to 834,670 people, equipment - by 10 tanks, 24 armored vehicles and 29 artillery systems.
