Air defense forces worked on enemy targets in the Kyiv Region, the fragments of which fell in open areas. However, one man received a shrapnel wound to the back.
This is stated in a message of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration on Friday, January 3.
The Kyiv Regional Military Administration noted that during the day air raids were declared in the Kyiv Region due to the threat of russian drones, the enemy does not stop attacking.
"Air defense forces are working in the region. There are enemy targets shot down. The fragments fell in open areas. There were no hits on residential and critical infrastructure facilities," the message says.
At the same time, a man born in 1953 received a shrapnel wound to the back, as a result of which he was hospitalized.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on January 3, the head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration, Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, announced a group missile strike by the aggressor country russia on Chernihiv.
In addition, on January 3, the russian occupiers attacked Stepnohirsk in the Zaporizhzhia Region with Grad rockets.
