President's Office names when real negotiations with russia will start

Real negotiations on peace with the aggressor country of russia will begin only when the enemy lacks the resources to continue the war.

This was stated by the head of the President's Office Andrii Yermak during a meeting of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities in Lviv, Suspilne reported on Tuesday, December 17.

Yermak noted that russia does not want the war to end, but continues to put pressure on the front to force Ukraine and its allies to surrender. According to him, Moscow will use the pause to replenish its forces and continue the offensive.

"I emphasize once again that they help only the strong, so we must remain strong. Real negotiations on a lasting peace will begin only when the enemy lacks the resources to continue the war, so there is an incredibly big job ahead," Yermak emphasized.

The head of the President's Office emphasized that it is necessary to thwart russia's plans to establish a dictatorship.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on December 11, Yermak said that newly elected US President Donald Trump definitely wants to end the war of the aggressor country of russia against Ukraine.

On December 12, Yermak said that there is no plan yet from US President Donald Trump to end the war in Ukraine.

As we recall, on November 15, Zelenskyy said that under Trump, the war in Ukraine would end faster.
