Cabinet approves appointment of 3 members of Ukrenergo Supervisory Board as state representatives
The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the appointment of three members of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrenergo National Power Company as state representatives.
This is stated in government order No. 1232-r dated December 10, 2024, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
“To approve the candidacies of Yurii Mykolaiovych Boiko, Anatolii Ivanovych Hulei and Oleksii Oleksandrovych Nikitin for the positions of members of the Supervisory Board of the private joint-stock company National Power Company Ukrenergo as state representatives,” the document states.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, at the end of November, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the appointment of four independent members of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrenergo National Power Company.
They are Patrick Roland Graichen, Luigi de Francisci, Jeppe Sebastian Kofod, and Jan Henrik Montell.
