Kuleba tells what his new deputies Shkrum and Kovalchuk will do

Vice Prime Minister for Recovery - Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksii Kuleba introduced the new deputies to the ministry's staff and announced that Aliona Shkrum will be responsible for international cooperation and European integration processes, Kostiantyn Kovalchuk - for housing and utility services and the heating season.

This is stated in a message from the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"Each appointment to the ministry is a responsible step. I am confident that the new members of our team will not only strengthen it, but will help achieve the main thing - effective results. This is exactly what people, communities and international partners expect from us," said Kuleba.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on December 3, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed former MP from the All-Ukrainian Union Batkivshchyna faction Aliona Shkrum as First Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development, and Kostiantyn Kovalchuk as Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development. For the past five years, he has headed the non-core asset management unit within the Naftogaz group.

In September, the Verkhovna Rada appointed Deputy Head of the President's Office Oleksii Kuleba as Vice Prime Minister for Recovery - Minister of Community and Territorial Development.
