Night attack by russia. Air defense forces downed 76 cruise missiles, 3 guided air missiles and 35 drones

On the night of Thursday, November 28, russian troops launched 91 missiles of various types and 97 drones over the territory of Ukraine, air defense forces shot down 76 cruise missiles, 3 guided air missiles and 35 Shaheds, while 62 drones were lost in location.

The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on the Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

It is noted that on the night of November 28 (from 07:30 p.m. on November 27), the enemy struck Ukraine with missiles of various types and strike drones.

In total, the Air Force radio-technical troops detected 188 air attack vehicles:

- 3 S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles from the Belgorod Oblast (russian federation) on the Kharkiv Region;

- 57 Kh-101 cruise missiles from Tu-95MS strategic bombers (launch area - Volgograd Oblast of the russian federation);

- 28 Kalibr cruise missiles from the Black Sea;

- 3 Kh-59/69 guided air missiles from the airspace over the Black Sea;

- 97 Shahed attack UAVs and unmanned aerial vehicles of an unidentified type from the Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Oryol, Bryansk and Millerovo areas (all - russian federation).

"As of 10:30 a.m., the following have been confirmed to have been shot down: 76 Kh-101/Kalibr cruise missiles; 3 Kh-59/69 guided air missiles; 35 Shahed attack UAVs and unmanned aerial vehicles of an unidentified type (62 enemy unmanned aerial vehicles were lost in location)," the report says.

The Air Force emphasized that the enemy's missile and drone strike was directed at Ukrainian energy facilities.

The air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile troops, aviation, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of November 27, the russians launched 89 drones over the territory of Ukraine, and air defense forces shot down 36 drones.

Emergency power outages are being introduced in Ukraine due to the russian federation's massive attack on the energy sector.

The russian federation massively attacked Ukraine with missiles, explosions were heard in Kyiv.

The russian forces have accumulated over 200 Kh-101 cruise missiles and 300 Iskander ballistic missiles, and missile production is actively ongoing.
