Air Force downs over 50 drones and 2 missiles at night

On the night of November 20, russian terrorists launched 122 Shahed-type strike UAVs and 5 Kh-59/69 guided missiles over Ukraine. Air defense shot down 56 Shaheds and 2 missiles.

This was reported by the press service of the Air Force.

At night, the enemy also struck with an S-300 anti-aircraft guided missile from the Belgorod Oblast at the Kharkiv Region. Five Kh-59/69 missiles were aimed at the Dnipropetrovsk, Chernihiv and Sumy Regions.

"As of 11:00 a.m., the downing of two Kh-59/69 guided aircraft missiles and 56 enemy UAVs in the Kyiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Poltava, Kirovohrad, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk and Kharkiv Regions has been confirmed," the report says.

As a result of active countermeasures, 58 enemy UAVs were lost in different regions. Six drones left Ukrainian airspace: five in the russian federation, one in Belarus.

As a reminder, the US Embassy in Kyiv warns of a possible "significant air attack" on November 20.
