AFU destroy 1,560 invaders, 53 AFVs and 99 drones. General Staff names russian losses for day
As of the morning of November 18, the army of the aggressor country of the russian federation lost 1,560 soldiers, 107 vehicles and 99 drones on the front of the war with Ukraine.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated this on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to November 18, 2024 are approximately:
- personnel - about 722,440 (+1,560) persons were eliminated;
- tanks – 9,365 (+15) units;
- armored fighting vehicles - 19,059 (+38) units;
- artillery systems - 20,586 (+30) units;
- MLRS – 1,252 units;
- air defense equipment - 999 units;
- aircraft - 369 units;
- helicopters - 329 units;
- UAVs of operational-tactical level - 19,073 (+99) units;
- cruise missiles – 2,753 (+112) units;
- ships/boats - 28 units;
- submarines - 1 unit;
- motor vehicles and fuel tanks - 29,428 (+107) units;
- special equipment – 3,655 (+2) units.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, showed how soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine burn the russian occupiers and their military equipment on the battlefield.
Meanwhile, on Saturday, November 16, the Defense Forces eliminated another 1,640 russian soldiers, 12 tanks and 36 artillery systems.
