Russia not taking ships to Black Sea due to weather and change in tactics - Navy of Ukraine

Due to the weather, the russian federation does not send ships to the Black Sea and has placed most of the functionality of its fleet on the aviation component.

The spokesman of the Navy of Ukraine, Dmytro Pletenchuk, announced this.

"There is a change in weather conditions, and an important role is played by the fact that they put a large amount of the functionality of their ship-boat fleet on aviation," said Pletenchuk.

Pletenchuk also reported that russian aviation is active not only in the Black Sea, but also in the Sea of Azov, striking Ukrainian positions, and that Ukraine constantly informs its partners about the presence of russian aviation in the region.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, there is not a single russian warship in the waters of the Black and Azov seas, but there are still eight cruise missile carriers in the Black Sea Fleet of the russian federation.

On November 6, explosions rang out in Kaspiysk, russia. The port, where ships of the russian Navy are located, was under attack.

The Navy said whether russia will be able to transfer ships from the Mediterranean and Caspian seas to the Black Sea.
