The russian occupation army has suffered heavy losses since the start of a large-scale counteroffensive in the Kursk Oblast. The russians were able to achieve only minor successes.

This was reported by Julian Röpcke, an expert on open data analysis of the German publication Bild.

The russian counteroffensive began three days ago. During this time, the occupiers suffered heavy losses, managing to recapture only two settlements - Pogrebki and Darino.

According to Röpcke, the russians lost at least 28 pieces of equipment, mostly BTR-82A armored personnel carriers. Losses in personnel amount to about 200 people killed and wounded.

Röpcke called the results of the first three days of the counteroffensive of the russian army a disgrace to russian dictator vladimir putin and his generals.

He also published a map that reflects his personal vision of the situation in the Kursk Oblast.

As Ukrainian News Agency reported, earlier today, November 11, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the Ukrainian army is holding back a group of almost 50,000 russians in the Kursk Oblast.

It will be recalled that on November 6, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, said that since the beginning of August, when the Ukrainian army began an operation in the Kursk Oblast, the russians have lost more than 20,000 servicemen.
