Almost 30 armored vehicles and more than 10 tanks. AFU General Staff reports losses of russians per day
During the past day, November 9, the russian army lost another 1,350 soldiers killed and wounded. In total, the russians lost 708,890 people since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total losses of the enemy in equipment are the following:
- tanks — 9,249 (+11 over the past day);
- armored combat vehicles — 18,726 (+29);
- artillery systems — 20,280 (+31);
- MLRS — 1,245;
- air defense means — 994;
- aircraft — 369;
- helicopters — 329;
- UAVs of operational-tactical level — 18,619 (443);
- cruise missiles — 2,629;
- ships/boats — 28;
- submarines — 1;
- motor vehicles and tank trucks — 28,683 (+122);
- special equipment — 3,587.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, 108 combat clashes took place at the front over the past day. The greatest activity of the occupiers is observed on the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove axes. Our defenders stop the enemy, hold the lines and destroy the plans of the russians.
The U.S. is sending more than 500 interceptor missiles to Ukraine for the Patriot and NASAMS air defense systems. They will provide Ukraine's air defense needs until the end of the current year.
