NSDC explains why russia targeting Ukraine's energy infrastructure with drones

The russian occupiers are targeting the energy infrastructure of Ukraine with Shahed attack drones. Thus, the enemy saves missiles.

This was reported by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council Andrii Kovalenko in Telegram on Thursday, November 7.

"Russia is targeting the energy infrastructure in the regions with Shaheds in order to save the missiles that it accumulates at strategic aviation airfields," Kovalenko emphasized.

According to him, the rate of production of missiles in russia does not allow an intensive war with their constant use. Kovalenko noted that Shaheds is more of a cheap tool. Attack drones are more suitable for terrorizing people than for their intended use, since their effectiveness percentage is slightly more than 10%.
