Putin claims he received "secret offer" from Ukraine

The president of the aggressor country, vladimir putin, said that the representative of Türkiye at the September session of the UN General Assembly in New York received a proposal from Ukraine for russia. He allegedly handed it over to moscow.

On Thursday, October 24, putin announced this at a press conference following the results of the BRICS summit, the russian publication RIA Novosti reports.

He did not say what exactly the proposal was about.

"Türkiye also took the initiative regarding the situation in the Black Sea: to ensure safe navigation, to conclude certain agreements regarding the safety of nuclear power facilities," he said.

Putin also said that he was ready to accept the offer, but the release of the Victory Plan by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, canceled the possibility of negotiations.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on October 18, russian dictator vladimir putin stated that the aggressor country russia is allegedly ready for negotiations with Ukraine, but only on the basis of the so-called "Istanbul" agreements.

Meanwhile, the media believe that russian dictator vladimir putin will not stop hostilities against Ukraine and will not sit down at the negotiating table while his troops advance and make some progress in capturing territories.

And Zelenskyy believes that a mutual cessation of strikes on energy infrastructure facilities can be the first step on the way to ending the hot phase of the russian-Ukrainian war.
