Modi urges putin to end war in Ukraine

At the talks with the president of the aggressor country of the russian federation, vladimir putin, as part of the BRICS summit in Kazan, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the war between russia and Ukraine should end peacefully, russian media report.

"On the continuation of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine: we are in regular contact. As I said before, we believe that the problems should be solved by peaceful means, and we fully support the establishment of peace and stability as soon as possible. In all our efforts, we give priority to humanity and we are ready to provide any possible assistance in the future as well," Modi said.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on October 18, russian dictator vladimir putin stated that the aggressor country russia is allegedly ready for negotiations with Ukraine, but only on the basis of the so-called "Istanbul" agreements.

Meanwhile, the media believe that russian dictator vladimir putin will not stop hostilities against Ukraine and will not sit down at the negotiating table while his troops advance and make some progress in capturing territories.
