"On the morning of October 20, 2024, the corpse of the war criminal Dmitry Vladimirovich Golenkov was found in an apple orchard in the village of Suponevo near Bryansk in Russia," the message reads.

According to reports, Golenkov is a pilot of the 52nd heavy bomber aviation regiment of the russian Air Forces (military unit 33310), which is based at the Shaykovka airfield and is armed with Tu-22M3 bombers. The war criminal held the post of chief of staff of the russian aviation squadron.
According to the Defense Intelligence, Golenkov is involved in missile attacks on Ukrainian civilian objects, in particular on the Amstor shopping center in the city of Kremenchuk, Poltava Region. At the time of the attack on June 27, 2022, there were about 1,000 people in the shopping center. As a result of the war crime, 22 people were killed and dozens were injured.
He is also responsible for a missile attack on a residential building in Dnipro on January 14, 2023, when 46 Ukrainian civilians were killed, including 6 children.
"The body of the Russian war criminal Dmitry Golenkov was found with multiple injuries to the head, probably caused by a hammer," said the Defense Intelligence.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the soldiers of the Bratstvo (Brotherhood) unit as part of the Tymur Special Unit of the Defense Intelligence, with the support of the 77th Separate Airmobile Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, liberated and cleared the settlement of Kruhliakivka, Kupiansk District, Kharkiv Region, from the russian occupiers.
