AFU eliminate 1,340 occupiers over past day. General Staff names russia's total losses

Over the past day, the russian occupiers have lost 1,340 people, the total loss of enemy personnel is 678,520 people. In addition, the Defense Forces of Ukraine destroyed 12 tanks, 17 artillery systems and 57 drones.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Thus, the total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to October 10, 2024 approximately amounted to:

• personnel - about 678,520 (+1,340) people,
• tanks - 9,047 (+12) units,
• armored combat vehicles - 18,111 (+39) units,
• artillery systems - 19,565 (+17) units,
• MLRS - 1,232 (+0) units,
• air defense equipment - 978 (+0) units,
• aircraft - 369 (+0) units,
• helicopters - 329 (+0) units,
• UAV of operational-tactical level - 17,287 (+57),
• cruise missiles - 2,624 (+1),
• ships/boats - 28 (+0) units,
• submarines - 1 (+0) units,
• automotive equipment and tank trucks - 26,987 (+41) units,
• special equipment - 3,476 (+3)

It is noted that the data are being refined.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Defense Forces of Ukraine from January 1, 2024 to October 1 eliminated 10,373 artillery systems of the occupiers. The value of the destroyed equipment is at least USD 8 billion.
